Question One: Our next meeting...
As has already been announced, our next meeting will be held in 2008 at Boston College. Are there topics or themes that people would like to explore at that time? Please enter your comments below.

Perhaps we could have sessions where we talk about specific religious content, and how it fits into the curriculum at various schools (if at all). I think there is a wide variety of practices on this.
I was struck by a recent opinion written by Chief Judge Danny Boggs (6th Cir.) that highlighted the inherent interest of the defense bar in throwing at least some aspects of a hopeless capital case to generate ineffective assistance claims. I think this could provide a basis to talk about the collision of professional ethics and Christian ethics in the practice of law.
